【技術ブログ】Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate 改訂情報

2024/5/30 に OCI Architect Associate が、改訂されることを Oracle 社より発表されました。
CLINKSは IT 業界未経験者へのトレーニングやフォローアップを手厚く支援する体制をとっており、資格取得を目指す方へ継続して有益な情報をお届けするために改定内容を調査しました。
改訂内容として、細かい文言の修正や新たに追加された項目が確認できましたので、これらをまとめました。
比較対象として参考したページにつきましては下記のリンクをご参照ください。

既存カテゴリの名称に変更はありませんでしたが、 観測と管理 及び セキュリティ の項目がなくなりました。また、コンピュートの割合も変更はないですが、それ以外の割合が増加していたので割合が増加したカテゴリを黄色で色付けをしています。
観測と管理・セキュリティの項目では、主にテナンシやコンパートメントの管理・監視など運営に関する項目を扱っていたので、Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Architect Associate はインスタンスや VCN の構築におけるオペレーションに必要な設定項目や機能に焦点を絞った変更の可能性があります。
カテゴリ配下の各項目の表記について順を追ってそれぞれ確認し、関連していると思しき項目を整理して同じ行へ配置して黄色で色付けをしています。また、語句が変わっていた箇所を赤文字にしています。
学習内容に関しては、後日 Oracle 社の Oracle My Learn にて学習用の動画などドキュメントを公開いただけると思いますので、具体的な内容は後日そちらからご確認ください。
個人的にはネットワークに新規追加されたと思しき項目などの変更点が多くあったので、資格の期限切れに伴う再取得が必要な方もネットワークだけは改めて勉強が必要な項目であるように感じました。
Compute (コンピュート)
出題率に変更はない項目であること、Understand Infrastructure Maintenance が Explain Infrastructure Maintenance となっている１点のみ変更であることを確認しています。

Understand (理解) から Evaluate (評価)、Implement (実装)、Analyze (分析) へ表記が変更となっている項目や、Configure Traffic Management から Configure Traffic Management Steering Policies と語句が追加された項目につきましては試験範囲に関する事項のため、前述のとおり後日 Oracle My Learn で試験が公開されましたらご確認ください。
Describe and configure Load Balancer and Network Load Balancer (訳：ロードバランサーとネットワークロードバランサーの説明と構成) の項目につきましては、OCI のロードバランサが layer-7 を Load Balancer という名称のサービスで提供しており、layer-4 は Network Load Balancer でという名称のサービス提供しているため、２つの項目がまとまったものと推察しています。
また、Oracle Cloud Infrastructure 2024 Architect Associate より新規に追加された項目を下記に列挙します。
・Implement transit routing scenarios
訳：トランジット ルーティング シナリオを実装する
・Implement Web Application Acceleration
訳：Web アプリケーション アクセラレーションを実装する
・Troubleshoot using Network Path Analyzer
訳：ネットワーク パス アナライザーを使用してトラブルシューティングする
・Implement Capture filters and Virtual test access points
訳：キャプチャフィルターと仮想テストアクセス ポイントを実装する
transit routing については近いサービス名称を確認できませんでしたが、transit routing 以外については OCI に該当すると思しき名称のサービスがあったので、今年から追加になった試験項目と思われます。
Storage (ストレージ)
変更点はコンピュートと同じく表記が変更されていることを確認していますが、Understand (理解) から Configure (設定) や Implement(実装) と変更されていて、理解するだけでなく設定できるよう知識を深める必要がある可能性があるように感じました。

Identity and Access Management
IAM につきましては表記が大きく変わっている項目が多いため変更内容を下記に記載します。

Configure Dynamic Groups, Network Sources, and Tag-Based Access Control は、Network Sources が追加されていたのですが、それ以外の項目は表記の差異が大きくいため各項目を日本語に翻訳して内容を１つ１つ確認していきます。
・Explain the core concepts of Identity and Access Management
訳：アイデンティティとアクセス管理のコアコンセプトを説明する
IAM は OCI のユーザ認証（AuthN）及び認可（AuthZ）を管理する機能のため、Understand AuthN and AuthZ（訳：AuthN（本人確認）と AuthZ（権限）を理解する）に近い意味の項目と思われます。
・Create and manage IAM domains, users, groups, and compartments
訳：IAM ドメイン、ユーザー、グループ、コンパートメントを作成および管理する
Implement compartments（訳：コンパートメントを実装する）は IAM カテゴリに属する項目のため、IAM の中でもコンパートメントに関する機能を取り上げる項目と思われるので、近い意味の項目としています。
・Implement IAM policies to control access to resources
訳：リソースへのアクセスを制御する IAM ポリシーを実装する
Implement conditional and advanced policies（訳：条件付きポリシーと高度なポリシーを実装する）とは大幅に表記が違いますが、条件付きポリシーと高度なポリシーのうちリソースへのアクセスを制御するポリシーのみ対象になったように見えるため、類似する項目としてまとめました。
前述した通り、ネットワークと IAM の項目に変化があったように見受けられること、各カテゴリが整理されて数が減ったため出題数が増えたことを確認しています。
改定前に取得することを目指して、現在 OCI Architect Associate を勉強中の方もいるかと思いますが、変更点を踏まえて改定前後に試験を受けるのか、改定後に仕切りなおすべきか判断する材料のひとつしていただければ幸いです。
